Michelle & Josh have steadfastly supported the Clinic for years! Their unwavering commitment shone brightly as they graciously sponsored the Clinic’s 20th Anniversary Reception in 2022. We are deeply honored by their enduring dedication!
Michelle McArtor received a B.B.A, with honors, in Finance from the Abilene Christian University. She began her career at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide working in the accounting and finance departments. After 10 years, she became an official stay at home mom with her son, Tom, and daughter, Molly. Michelle has enjoyed this time with her children, volunteering in several capacities at both of her kids’ schools. Michelle and Molly are members of Highlander NCL chapter where Michelle is the grade level advisor for Molly’s year. Michelle and her family are members of Preston Road Church of Christ.
Josh McArtor, a top producing and successful real estate professional for over twenty five years, specializes in investment sales, sale lease-backs, and recapitalizations for his institutional clients. Throughout his real estate career, Josh has been involved in billions of dollars’ worth of real estate transactions across the United States specializing in the industrial product type. Josh McArtor is known for his creative thinking and possesses unique and proven negotiating skills that allow clients to achieve the highest and best value for their investments, as proven by numerous repeat business nationally. Prior to joining Eastdil Secured as a Managing Director, Mr. McArtor was an Executive Vice President of CBRE’s National Partners where he focused on industrial investment sales on behalf of domestic pension funds and offshore investors. He was one of the leading investment sales professionals in the Sunbelt region and qualified for the Coldwell Circle Award (Top Producers) numerous years while at CBRE (2004 – 2016). Mr. McArtor received a B.B.A, with honors, in Finance from the Abilene Christian University and a member of the Touchdown Club of Dallas and a current Board Member with the Dallas Chapter of “I have a dream” organization.
